The Employee Recognition Program at Minnesota State Mankato is designed to help supervisors recognize employees for their valuable contributions to our University.
Claire E. Faust Public Service Award
The Claire E. Faust Public Service Award, named after a former Vice President of Administrative Affairs, was developed to recognize a Minnesota State University, Mankato employee for outstanding service to the university, community, state and nation.
Outstanding Service Awards
The Outstanding Service Awards are selected annually by each Vice President (or President for those units reporting directly to the President). The awards are presented at the the annual Employee Appreciation Breakfast.
Campus Drive Award
The campus drive award is presented to the chair(s) at the Annual Employee Appreciation Breakfast in May from the university president for their efforts to raise critical dollars for Minnesota State Mankato during the drive.
