1. Login to Accounting on the Web or Minn StateEmployee Home using Star ID *

If you do not have Uniface Minn State Accounting access

1. Send an email to Debbie Sinning, Accounting Director in Business Services with your Name and Tech ID
2. After getting confirmation that you have access
3. Login to Accounting on the Web using your Star ID*

  • Company is the primary balancing Worktag; Fund is the secondary balancing Worktag
  • Driver Worktags are identified by Program, Grant, and Project
  • Selection of a Driver Worktag will auto-populate Worktags like Cost Center, Fund, Appropriation, Function, Allocation CIP, Activity
  • Revenue Category, Spend Category, Bank Code are Worktags to provide more granularity.
