Rationale

Graduate students who are not enrolled often hope to continue to work on their remaining degree program requirements, and to secure library privileges, IT services, consultation with faculty advisors, etc. This policy is intended to have students contribute to the funding of these services through tuition and fees associated with the credit(s) they enroll in.
