Policy
Open flame cooking devices such as gas or charcoal grills, smokers, fire pits and/or campfires are prohibited on University property unless preapproved via a university Grilling Permit Request. Grilling permits may be issued that meet Minnesota Food Code requirements and have been reviewed with respect of university’s food service vendors(s) contract.
