Planning and Construction is responsible for Capital Project planning, and construction projects ranging from small renovation projects to major construction such as new buildings. Our goals are to deliver services of the highest quality to ensure sustainability and to enhance the campus environment by providing safe, modern, and comfortable facilities.
A project is defined as all work (maintenance and repair or renovation) which requires $1,000 or more in labor or supplies and/or is sufficiently complex that it requires significant in-house coordination with multiple shops to accomplish the work.
