Comprehensive Facilities Plan
Facilities Management, along with Planning Sub-meet and Confer, is working with DLR Group to update our Comprehensive Facilities Plan (CFP), formerly known as the Campus Master Plan.
The CFP is a document that guides our decision making processes for future investments on facility enhancements such as new construction, demolition, renovation, maintenance and repair projects across the entire campus.
An update to the CFP is required by Minnesota State every five years. Minnesota State subscribes to an integrated planning model which is intended to “engage the right people in the right conversations at the right time in the right way” to produce plans that are actionable and realistic.
