Promotion Forms

The decision to promote is based on the faculty member’s cumulative work record since the faculty member’s last promotion or since the date of hire. To earn promotion, the faculty member must demonstrate a cumulative record of professional performance and high achievement appropriate to the relevant rank and consistent with the goals and objectives of the University.

As part of our continued efforts to ensure equity and confidentiality, we will be using the Watermark Faculty Success Promotion and Tenure Workflow for both Promotion and Tenure application submission and review.

The content of most following forms is embedded in the Watermark workflow; however, if you would like to see the content feel free to view the Promotion Forms.

Note: Departments still need to complete and upload the Tenure and Promotion Department Statement.
