Tenure Forms
To be awarded tenure, a faculty member must demonstrate a record of positive performance and professionally competent achievement over the duration of the probationary period that is consistent with the goals and objectives of the university. The faculty member’s record will be evaluated - completion of the probationary period alone does not mean the standards of tenure have been met.
As part of our continued efforts to ensure equity and confidentiality, we will be using the Watermark Faculty Success Promotion and Tenure Workflow for both Promotion and Tenure application submission and review.
- To login, go to the Watermark Faculty Success page.
- Go to the CETL Tenure and Promotion page to learn more about the application process.
The content of most following forms is embedded in the Watermark workflow; however, if you would like to see the content feel free to view the Tenure Forms.
Note: Departments still need to complete and upload the Tenure and Promotion Department Statement.
- Transmittal Form
- Dean Statement
- Chair Statement
- Department Statement
- Faculty Statement
If you have any questions, please contact your department chair and/or dean.
