Building Services is responsible for keeping interior spaces clean (with the exception of Residential Life - they have their own crew). They also set up and take down for events held indoors and outdoors.

The Department of EHS & RM is responsible for minimizing the environmental impact of activities conducted here at MSU,M. These activities include, but are not limited to, ergonomics, hazardous waste management, asbestos abataement, and chemical spill procedures.

Physical Plant provides essential maintenance services such as plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance, carpentry, painting, building repairs, grounds maintenance, and distribution of HVAC and electrical throughout campus.
