University Advancement can assist with the provision of mailing lists to OSS, email lists for our mass communications platform, or event support including development of a communication plan for your event.

How we can help


We'll provide lists to OSS of alumni, friends and others based on the criteria you provide.


University Advancement will send emails on your behalf using a communications platform that considers constituents’ preferences and provides analytics regarding the success of your message. Provide us with the content and we'll do the rest. You will have the opportunity to review your message prior to it being sent.


While University Advancement won't coordinate the event for you, we can help set up web pages, ticketing and communications related to the event. A representative will be in contact with you within three days of submitting your request.


University Advancement recommends creating surveys in Qualtrics to meet your survey needs. Provide us with the url to your survey and we'll email it out for you.


University Advancement follows University branding standards and can accommodate photos and simple graphics in our platforms. Contact if you have custom or complex graphic needs. They can help with the creation of e-newsletters, cards, and invitations. Please allow up to 5 working days to complete graphic requests.
