About Art of Equity

The ART of Equity is a collective effort to eliminate equity gaps at Minnesota State University and to promote positive course outcomes for all students.

The goals of the ART of Equity team are: 

1. To share our intention to expand our ART framework by engaging with departments and faculty in courses where data shows equity disparity in drop/fail/withdrawal (DFW) rates. 

1. To reduce racial disparity in DFW rates as well as overall DFW rates in undergraduate courses. 
2. We look forward to reaching out to set up departmental conversations about how to collectively address racial disparities as a part of the Minnesota State Equity 2030 initiative.
