- MavPASS is designed to coach students with strategies that will help them learn difficult content in a specific course. MavPASS Leaders do not tutor students in content. Instead, with extensive training on facilitation skills, collaborative learning strategies, and inclusive environments, MavPASS Leaders intentionally and thoughtfully plan fun, engaging, and inclusive study sessions with the course content upon which students are assessed and/or that they find most difficult. MavPASS sessions are open to ALL students since data reveals that all students may benefit.
- Goals of MavPASS
- Facilitate learning and course success
- Close equity gaps
