Investigation of Discrimination and/or Harassment Complaints.

Minnesota State University, Mankato is committed to a policy of nondiscrimination in employment and educational opportunity. The Office of Equal Opportunity & Title IX, under the Board Policy 1B.1 Equal Opportunity and Nondiscrimination in Employment and Education, assists students and employees who believe they have been harassed or discriminated against because they are, or are perceived as, an individual in a protected class group.

The Office of Equal Opportunity & Title IX investigates protected class matters regarding discrimination and harassment complaints under the Board Procedure 1B.1.1 Investigation and Resolution. The Office also acts as a referral agency for students and employees needing additional services from other University offices.
