The COVID pandemic gave us a glimpse of what flexible work arrangements could look like, and our employees have asked to explore these options. At the same time, student expectations and needs are changing beyond traditional business hours. And, many of us face increased challenges outside our work lives with childcare, elder care, and other stressors that could be alleviated with flexible work arrangements, in conjunction with applicable sick and vacation leave provisions.
Our intention is to create a flexible work model that supports a better work/life balance for employees, while maintaining or enhancing support for student needs and campus vitality.
