The State of Minnesota's Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) system is a searchable registration system that lists workshops, courses and conferences available to employees statewide. Enterprise Learning Management is part of Enterprise Talent Development program provided by Management and Budget.

LinkedIn Learning

Employees are provided free access to LinkedIn Learning Lock icon (previously, a customizable and personalized learning platform that allows users to view hundreds of video courses on a wide variety of topics, all made by experts.

Elizabeth Kearney Women’s Leadership Program

Elizabeth Kearney Women’s Leadership Program is a gender specific, strengths-based leadership program. The program takes a cohort of women through 10 months of professional and personal leadership development. Women identify their individual strengths, build skills, learn about community and civic engagement, network, and leave prepared to address common leadership challenges facing women.

Greater Mankato Growth Leadership Institute

The Greater Mankato Leadership Institute is a nine-month program providing the opportunity to develop leadership goals as well become better informed about our community's businesses and nonprofit organizations and connect with other professionals in the area.

Center for Workforce Professional Education

The Minnesota State University, Mankato Center for Workforce Professional Education offers professional development and continuing education programming, including the Executive Leadership Academy, where participants gain best practices to manage teams, handle adversity, and define their personal leadership style.

The HERS Leadership Institute program is renowned for its transformative impact on mid-career women, and we are always developing new programs to complement it. From helping young professionals begin their leadership development to giving senior level professionals the tools they need to take control of their career, our goal is to build a robust arch of programs that buttress career-spanning journeys of learning and leadership development.

Luoma Leadership Academy Program

The Luoma Leadership Academy is an 18-month leadership development program designed to nurture leadership talent for Minnesota State. Participants have included department and faculty deans, human resource directors, business managers, chief financial officers, as well as individual contributors and faculty who aspire to future leadership positions.
