Life and Wellbeing
Minnesota State Universities' Life and Wellbeing program, provided through the Minnesota Management & Budget State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP), is available to all employees, their spouses, dependents and household members.
The program offers confidential counseling, referrals, and consultation services to support you through life’s challenges—typically at no cost. Services are private to the extent allowed by law.
Leadership and Team Dynamics
The Leadership & Team Dynamics program offered through the State Employee Group Insurance Program (SEGIP) is an internal service for all Minnesota Enterprise agencies, boards, and commissions offering consultation, coaching, facilitated discussions, and more. Like all Employee Assistance Program benefits, Leadership & Team Dynamics Consultant services are private, practical, easily accessible, and free. When working with individual clients, consultants maintain confidentiality and only share information with consent from the client. Consultants utilize team, individual, and business processes to support and sustain positive change. Each process and its limits are explained with each intervention.
