The State of Minnesota's Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) system is a searchable registration system that lists workshops, courses and conferences available to employees statewide. Enterprise Learning Management is part of Enterprise Talent Development program provided by Management and Budget.

Employees are provided free access to LinkedIn Learning (previously Lynda.com), a customizable and personalized learning platform that allows users to view hundreds of video courses on a wide variety of topics, all made by experts.

Elizabeth Kearney Women’s Leadership Program
Elizabeth Kearney Women’s Leadership Program is a gender specific, strengths-based leadership program. The program takes a cohort of women through 10 months of professional and personal leadership development. Women identify their individual strengths, build skills, learn about community and civic engagement, network, and leave prepared to address common leadership challenges facing women.

Luoma Leadership Academy Program
The Luoma Leadership Academy is an 18-month leadership development program designed to nurture leadership talent for Minnesota State. Participants have included department and faculty deans, human resource directors, business managers, chief financial officers, as well as individual contributors and faculty who aspire to future leadership positions.
